    A Few Important Notes
    1. All applications for membership are manually reviewed by dojo staff. If applicable, family discounts and any other promotional offers will be applied at the time of review.
    2. The Special Discount Membership is only availalbe if you select the 90 Day Quick Start Option.  The fortnightly membership option and the 12 month paid in full option are the regular price.
    3. For the Special Discounted Membership (90 Day Quick Start), there will be no additional family discount until after the first 90 days.
    4. Family discount:  2 family members = 10% off each.
    5. Family discount:  3 or more family members = 15% off each.
