Every year we recognise students in the dojo who have had an outstanding year in the dojo and shown incredible growth. We don’t think anyone trains with the intention of receiving awards, but we like to recognise those who are going above and beyond to bring out their best and also inspire others around them to do the same.
Most of the awards are selected by our teaching team and every year it seems to get harder and harder to narrow it down to a shortlist of people who are receiving the awards. 2020 was once again one of those difficult years.
There are also a few people who have not yet received their awards as they were away at the end of last year when the presentations were made and have not yet made it back into the dojo for the new year, we’ll add them to the album once the presentations are done.
Also, unfortunately, there are a couple of award recipients who missed getting photos, but we would still like to acknowledge their efforts for a great year in the dojo in 2020.

Congratulations to all of the award recipients and to all SCK students on a great year in the dojo. We are very grateful for the opportunity to learn alongside all of you on this amazing journey.
