Last week Norm Perry Sensei passed away.
We remember Perry Sensei from our early years practicing Chito-Ryu in Newcastle in the 1980’s & 90’s. He taught classes and had a strong dojo in Cessnock, in the Hunter Region and was one of the early pioneers of Chito-Ryu in Australia.
Although we did not have a lot of time with him directly, we certainly acknowledge his contribution, without pioneers such as him, we would not be here today.
