The entrance and car park are off Progress Road, across the road from Energex.

Parking: we share the complex, and between 7 am and 5 pm we have 3 car parks right in front of our entrance. At those times, please use street parking rather than our neighbours’ spaces, even if they’re empty.

What to expect

  • Arrive 10 minutes early so we can say hello, show you around and answer questions.
  • Wear comfortable clothes you can move in, such as shorts and a t-shirt. We train barefoot, so bring shoes for the car park.
  • Bring a water bottle.
  • An instructor looks after you from the first bow to the last. You’ll learn a few basics at your own pace, with no full contact.
  • Parents can watch from the viewing area, or jump in line next to their child.
  • After class we’ll explain how to join and the membership options. There’s no pressure: the choice is yours.

Questions

Before you book

Anything else you’d like to know? Give us a call, we’re happy to help.

Which class should I choose?

Choose the one that suits your day. The form only shows classes that suit the ages you enter. If you’re not sure, tick “call me to help choose” and we’ll sort it out together.

Can I bring a friend, or book for someone else?

Yes. Add another adult, or up to four children, on the same booking. Training with a friend is a great way to start.

Do I need to get fit before I start?

No. Martial arts is a great way to get fit while you learn. Go at your own pace, and take breaks when you need them. If you have a medical concern, check with your doctor first.

Do I have to sign up for a long time?

Not at all; the choice is yours. After your trial we’ll explain the options. You can start with a fortnightly option you can cancel at any time, or commit for 12 months to save on your fees.
