Today, Sensei Martin and I set out with the intention of reviewing all weapons (kihons & kata). But somehow, we found ourselves deeply immersed in bo kihons.
Despite not covering a wide range of content, our focus on the basics proved once again to be incredibly profound.
It’s amazing how much depth there is in the fundamentals when you take the time to explore them.
