Goal Setting at Sunshine Coast Karate:
It is easy to wait until you see someone else break the first board, or earn there black belt before you. Instead, be a leader and be the one who does it first. Black belts take initiative to achieve their goals. They focus on taking action. When you set goals, go out there and work hard to achieve them. Don’t wait for others. Here is a martial arts activity sheet for our young Sunshine Coast Karate Kids to either do on their own or do with their parents.  In order to help you finish strong at Sunshine Coast Karate in 2010, it is important that you take the time to revisit your martial arts goals regularly. This martial arts activity sheet will help you refocus on what is important to you in the dojo for the remainder of the year. Remember, the lessons we learn in the martial arts dojo also apply to all areas of your life. So be sure to look at what you want for yourself in all areas of your life for the remainder of 2010.

We have power today for things we want tomorrow. If you want to be a black belt, then you have to go to class now. If you want to be a champion, then you have to practice today. Anything you want tomorrow, starts with what you do now.
“Our goals can only be reached through a vehicle of a plan, in which we must fervently believe, and upon which we must vigorously act. There is no other route to success.” – Vincent van Gogh
