Submit Completed Entries
Completed entries can be dropped off in person to the Sunshine Coast Karate Maroochydore dojo (2/14 Depot St, Maroochydore). Or you can submit a digital entry by taking a photo or scanning and submitting using the form below.

Selecting The Winners
Winners will be selected by a judging panel and announced after the close of the competition. Prizes will be offered in 2 categories: Members & Non-members.
Prizes For Members
The overall member winner (as determined by the judging panel) will receive 4 weeks of FREE unimlimited training at Sunshine Coast Karate.
All entries will receive bonus points in the Project Lift member competion (2 points per entry).
Prizes For Non-Members
The overall member winner (as determined by the judging panel) will receive a FREE karate uniform & 90 Day Unlimited Membership training at Sunshine Coast Karate (valued at $579). If the entry for the overall non-member winner was referred by a member, that member will recieve bonus points in the Project Lift member competition (20 points).
ALL non-member entries will receive a FREE 2 Week Unlimited Membership (trial) at Sunshine Coast Karate (valued at $99).
If a non-member entry was referred by a member, that member will recieve bonus points in the Project Lift member competition (2 points per entry).
