Grill’d Sunshine Plaza is helping us with their Local Matters fundraising opportunity. For those who don’t know much about Grill’d and the Local Matters program, Grill’d is a healthy (and yummy!!) burger
Kick start your year in the dojo with our annual 2 week training intensive. Do as many classes as you can with your family and friends. Clear the cobwebs, get your support team in place and build momentum. Enjoy all classes listed on the holiday schedule and bonus morning classes (6am start), Monday – Friday.

We are getting a little festive in our home now as we count down the days to Christmas.
