On Saturday, 30th October (11:40am – 12:30pm) we’ll be hosting a Free Training Seminar. Although the contents of this seminar will be aimed at helping our white, yellow and orange belt students, all members are welcome to attend to further refine their basics. One of the most common questions that we hear is, “How did you achieve your black belt?” Although there are many elements that contribute to a student attaining the level of black belt, there continues to be one underlying element that stands out for many of the seniors that I have heard answer this question.
