Chito Ryu Karate Blue Mountains student, Rachel Barnes has been training at Sunshine Coast Karate since Tuesday. Rachel has participated in all teens/adult classes and weapons classes (morning, day & evening). PLUS… Rachel committed to additional training after the day class this week to extend her weapons studies with a private lesson. WAY TO GO
Some of our Little Champions have shared that they no longer get a nap now that they are at school. So, we sometimes chill together before class OR we play.
