This Saturday 18th January, Sunshine Coast Karate opens the doors to help parents prepare their children for school in 2020.
Whilst parents are busy organising uniforms and the many school supplies required, we are getting busy to prepare our students from the inside out.
During our regular Saturday morning classes (see attached notice), students will not only enjoy a variety of Karate training, but they will also learn a few simple ideas that will improve:
*Concentration & self-discipline to achieve better grades
*Inner strength and self-esteem and be able to say ‘no’ to peer pressure
*Self-confidence and develop a positive attitude which is essential for their future
And, there will be plenty of opportunities to develop friendships and have a whole lot of fun.
