6:00am – 7:30am Senior Training (Purple Belt + Above)
8:00am – 9:00am Family Training & Fun
Dress: Please wear your karate gi (swimmers underneath) + Hat + Sunscreen
Bring: Water bottle, towel + change of clothes, camera
Cost: Free for members
