Training Schedule for the Day
Session 1 – 8:40 AM: Little Champions (Ages 4-7)
Fun, focused, and full of movement to introduce our youngest champions to karate! Parents are welcome to train alongside their kids.
Session 2 – 9:30 AM: Karate Kids (Ages 8-12)
Boost confidence, improve coordination, and learn valuable life skills in this exciting session. Parents are welcome to join the action, too!
Session 3 – 10:30 AM: Teens & Adults
Build strength, reduce stress, and sharpen your mind through practical training tailored for personal growth and development.
