The Power of Relaxation

I had to capture this moment… During an extended warm-up last week, Sensei Martin worked his magic to help some of our teens and adults release the stresses of the day before delivering a great training session.

With the melting away of tension and the increased state of relaxation, we can do so much more as individuals and as a community whilst also feeling so much healthier and present in our lives.

What was most impressive, was the level of focus and concentration that students were able to produce for the remainder of the training session. With a high level of focus and concentration, you can’t help but progress and win your day.

Karate…. so much more than just kicking and punching!!
